ahh now lesson 7 is history...... lesson 8 here i come!!! getting close now.....

was posted to Nicholl Highway for standby today.....
hot, tired, sticky and sweaty day......
the weather didn't help much too.......
it drizzled, then rained, then stopped, then drizzled, then rained... etc
the D.A.R.T team managed to find the 2nd-last casualty trapped under a container.
they brought the casualty to us to investigate and to pronounce dead.
i shouldn't describe to you all how the body looks like and all, but it wasn't a pleasant sight. but it's our job and we have to do it.....
it was quite an eye-opener for me. haven't seen a bloated up body this bad before. oops, did i say bloated up?

oh well, i've worked 14 1/2hrs today and still have a morning shift to do later on......
i'm gone.......

Wow, the number of assualts in singapore are getting higher. It seems so to me cuz i'm attending to more and more assualt cases. by physical force or by weapons. Just got back from this case where this Bangra tourist was slashed by 5 men with parangs. Wah lao eh, the slashes were clean, deep and big sia!!! I can see his fats... nuff said. So being a Paramedic ain't for the weak-hearted. You literally have to take all kinds of shit, and i do mean shit. Blood, guts, brains, vomitus, urine, shit.... the list goes on. But on top of all these 'nonsense', i find the inner-most rewarding pleasure under it all. It calms me to know that i can help ease the discomfort of other people. I'm loving it!

Statistics show that at least 1 person in Singapore will commit suicide in a day. It's really sad to hear that. They think they're taking 'the easy way out' of it. Whatever it is, no matter what the cause, taking your own life isn't the way out. in fact, it only makes matters worse. I just want you guys to know that if you ever feel that way about life, do talk to someone about it. Don't keep it all inside. I know how it feels to be 'bottled up', thinking there's no other way. But the actual fact is, there's always another way. Hey, you guys could always gimme a call if you wanna talk about anything aight? i'll be there...

God be our guide.....

haven't been blogging for awhile........
lazy, tired and lazy..........

tried to make a demo but my mixer is giving me problems.......
and i found out that it's not that easy to do a demo......
every single mistake can be heard, and i always screw up somewhere, somehow. hehe
oh well, gonna try at it again till i get it right......

sigh, i seem to get stick from some of my colleagues at work......
dunno why some of them have this mentality that trainees must be scolded or bullied and all. but guess what? i'm not the type who would sit around and let them do what they'll do. i'm a rebel with a good cause i guess.... hehe
but the majority of them are ok, thank goodness!!!

it's really hard to show love to those who 'persecute' you eh?
it's really a challenge at times and alot of patience and tolerance is needed.
but i guess the good stuff is always rewarding eh? =)

God give me strength
